Meet the Partners
John Bletzer is the Partner in Charge of the Employee Benefit Assurance Practice and Quality Control for the firm. He is a licensed CPA in all six New England states, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Virginia, Florida, Georgia and Washington, D.C. With over 25 years of experience, John has concentrated his practice on the audits of employee benefit plans for over 25 years.
John has developed expertise in auditing and consulting for defined benefit retirement plans, defined contribution retirement plans, including employee stock ownership plans and plans required to file Form 11-K with the SEC, and health and welfare benefit plans. John speaks regularly on a variety of topics, including industry best practices regarding employee benefit plans.
John joined the firm in 1999 after several years in private industry, prior to which he was an audit manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers. John is an active member of the New Hampshire and Massachusetts CPA Societies, as well as the AICPA. John received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of New Hampshire.
Jeff Polchlopek joined the firm in 2000 with a primary focus on employee benefit plan audits. Jeff has dedicated more than 25 years to auditing benefit plans. His practice has a particular emphasis in the areas of 11-K filings, defined benefit pension plans, multiple employer plans and employee stock ownership plan audits.
Prior to joining the firm, Jeff spent four years in private industry. His focus while in the private sector was in the retirement industry, working at Scudder Kemper Investments. Jeff holds a CPA certificate and is licensed in various states throughout the United States. He is a member of the AICPA as well as several state CPA societies. Jeff received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from the University of Massachusetts.
Ann Driscoll is a New Hampshire CPA with over 30 years of audit experience. She joined the Firm in 1999 and practices exclusively in the area of employee benefit audits, including the audits of funded medical plans, defined contribution retirement plans, and defined benefit retirement plans.
Previously, Ann was an audit manager at Coopers & Lybrand, LLP (now PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP) and spent several years in the private sector focusing on healthcare. Ann is a member of the AICPA and the New Hampshire Society of CPA’s. She is a lifelong runner and avid kickboxer.
Max Anderson is a New Hampshire CPA who joined the firm in 2008. Max has concentrated his practice solely in employee benefit plan audits. He has a master’s degree in accounting from the University of New Hampshire.
Max is a member of the AICPA and the New Hampshire Society of CPA’s. He oversees some of our complex specialty ERISA engagements, including 11-K, defined benefit and multiple year audit engagements. Max and his family are outdoor enthusiasts in all seasons.
Kelsey Anderson is a New Hampshire CPA who joined the firm in 2011. Kelsey has concentrated her practice solely in employee benefit plan audits, including the audits of defined contribution, defined benefit and 11-K engagements.
Kelsey has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Master of Science in Accounting from the University of New Hampshire. Kelsey is a member of the AICPA and the New Hampshire Society of CPA’s. Kelsey enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and two girls.
Alyssa Belley is a New Hampshire CPA with over a decade of focused expertise on auditing employee benefit plans. She joined the firm in 2009 with a master’s degree in accounting from the University of New Hampshire.
Alyssa is a member of the AICPA and the New Hampshire Society of CPAs. She oversees our complex specialty ERISA engagements, including 11-k, health and welfare, defined benefit and cash balance pension plans. When not immersed in the world of audits, Alyssa enjoys exploring new places and a good book.
Patrick Griffin is a Massachusetts CPA who joined the firm in 2011. Pat has concentrated his practice in employee benefit plan audits governed by ERISA, with a particular focus on large and complex defined contribution plans, 11-k filings, multiple employer plans, and defined benefit plans. He is responsible for designing and implementing the firm’s audit workflow processes.
Pat received a Master of Science in Accounting from Southern New Hampshire University. He is a member of the AICPA and the Massachusetts Society of CPAs. He is an avid winter skier and enjoys boating in the summer.
Samantha Hutton is a New Hampshire CPA who joined the firm in 2010. Samantha has concentrated her practice solely in employee benefit plan audits, including the audits of defined contribution, defined benefit and 11-K engagements. She oversees the firm’s quality control procedures, including annual monitoring, internal inspection and assistance with peer reviews. Samantha also assists with the firm’s implementation of new accounting and auditing standards.
Samantha has a master’s degree in accounting from the University of New Hampshire. She is a member of the AICPA and the New Hampshire Society of CPA’’s. Outside of work she enjoys golfing, running, and spending time with her husband and their five children.
